Lead, coach, and support the engineering team and collaborate closely with the CTO to drive strategic technical initiatives and ensure alignment between engineering execution and company goals. Translate product and business goals into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Ensure high-quality delivery, engineering performance, and reliability across the stack. Foster a high-performance, collaborative engineering culture. Collaborate closely with the Product team to plan, scope, and prioritize work. Help define and evolve our technical strategy as we scale.
