Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will have a significant impact on your team's operations. You will continuously enhance tools and processes for people management while collaborating with engineering managers to define new workflows and implement improvements. You will be managing a multi-member team, and consistently delivering products in line with established action plans. Ensuring code quality and functionality through the production phase, upholding the quality of agreed upon processes, and defining service features. You will serve as a technical authority, providing guidance and engineering advice whilst leading discussions on team architecture and design strategies. You will also be mentoring less experienced developers and collaborating with stakeholders to define action plans. Participating in recruitment processes and advocating for business and technical decisions made by the company is also required.
