Assessment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care.
- Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Active and verifiable Iowa license: LISW, LMFT, LMHC, or CADC.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.
- Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships.
Compensation and Culture:
- Salary range $55,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience and license.
