Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care.
  • Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning.

Requirements:

  • Active and verifiable Iowa license: LISW, LMFT, LMHC, or CADC.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.
  • Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Culture:

  • Salary range $55,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience and license.
  • Remote work flexibility, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and parental leave.
