This role involves designing and evaluating complex prompts modeled after real customer support ticket journeys, ensuring model outputs align with customer expectations. The position requires working closely with engineering teams to generate, annotate, validate, and QA task data used in AI training workflows. It offers an opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineering teams, apply technical and analytical skills hands-on to cutting-edge AI models shaping how LLMs understand real customer journeys, and make a direct impact on model quality and performance. Tasks include Query & Prompt Generation, Data Shaping & Collaboration and Quality Assurance.
