Position Purpose:
- Provide senior-level technical leadership in protecting information systems and digital assets.
- Focus on AI-accelerated threats, cloud adoption, and emerging regulatory expectations.
- Ensure security-by-design across infrastructure, applications, and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate risks.
- Monitor security events, manage incident response, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Develop and implement IAM procedures, DR/Business Continuity, and incident response solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, preferably in a regulated financial institution.
- Proficiency in security tools, network protocols, and compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $115,000 - $125,000 annually, plus annual target bonus.
