What You’ll Do in Your New Role:
- Lead teams, manage requirements, and provide technical expertise on hardware and software.
- Generate RFIs, review stakeholder responses, and provide SME support in RPM design engineering.
- Develop training plans, SOPs, and provide mentorship to technical team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology field with 15+ years of experience.
- Basic understanding of Codesys, Modbus TCP programming with PLCs, HMIs.
- Experience reviewing engineering designs or construction blueprints.
Desired Qualifications:
- PLC or Codesys programming experience for automation of equipment.
- Experience with design tools (AutoCAD, Visio, Bluebeam), MS Office.
- Experience working with U.S. government customers and Customs and Border Protection.
