Corporate Alliance Recruiter

The Corporate Alliance Recruiter collaborates closely with Account Managers to ensure successful placement of eligible graduates in roles within our Corporate Alliance employers. Their primary focus is on fostering strong partnerships and facilitating graduate employment opportunities. The recruiter will proactively reach out to the assigned graduate population to assess their eligibility for placement in available roles. They will maintain precise documentation and update student profiles. The recruiter will collaborate with support roles to coordinate web application and onboarding requests. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating skills, and managing candidate communication. The recruiter will organize communications, schedule interviews, and provide feedback. Perform other duties as assigned.
