Engagement Manager

About the Role:

• Lead customer engagement and service delivery across Quantum Sky's cloud and compliance programs.
• Manage multiple customers and internal teams simultaneously, ensuring delivery quality and velocity.

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Own the project lifecycle from kickoff through closeout, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and transition to operations.
• Review and internalize each project's SOW, manage scope changes, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate work across security engineers, build engineers, SecOps analysts, and compliance teams as the central orchestrator.

Continuous Monitoring:

• Manage ongoing ConMon activities for customers, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate evidence collection, artifact updates, vulnerability review cycles, and POA&M maintenance.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for ConMon activities, status updates, and audit preparation.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of direct project delivery experience in project management, engagement management, or similar roles.
• 2+ years with cloud, compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST), or infrastructure projects for government or commercial customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-success mindset.
