Job Description
We're looking for a creative and reliable Marketing & Content Specialist to join early and help build a marketing engine that can scale. This is not just about posting content — it’s about helping us create a winning formula we can refine and repeat.
You will:
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Write ad copy and design basic visuals using tools like Canva
Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, etc.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Midjourney) to speed up content production
Track and report weekly on ad and content performance
Document how marketing tasks are done to create a repeatable system
Collaborate with the founder to test and refine our growth engine
