Job Description
The Product Insights team drives Included Health's strategic vision for healthcare improvement. This role involves providing internal analytics and partnering with cross-functional teams to understand member needs, enhance product features, optimize operations, and inform critical decisions. You will wrangle complex product and healthcare data, synthesizing insights, and creating compelling data stories through dashboards and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders. Examples of work include identifying opportunities to drive higher clinical engagement and measuring the impact on population-level health outcomes. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in quantitative roles, proficiency in SQL and Python/R, and experience with data visualization tools.
