Job Description
Responsibilities include:
-Leading the quarterly and annual close processes to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
-Maintaining and enhancing internal controls and policies.
-Managing relationships with external and internal auditors.
Qualifications include:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and CPA preferred.
-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
-Strong expertise in US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition for Software and SaaS contracts.
