Associate Director, Clinical Monitoring

Take a lead role in advancing medical research while guiding teams that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. As the Associate Director of Clinical Monitoring, you will provide leadership and oversight for the clinical monitoring function, driving the implementation of strategies set by senior leadership. This role is responsible for developing and executing monitoring strategies, managing multiple clinical monitoring teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards across all post-trial access programs and clinical trials. Additionally, the Associate Director of Clinical Monitoring supports the achievement of broader departmental objectives. You will lead the implementation and oversight of clinical monitoring processes to ensure quality and efficiency, develop and execute site monitoring plans and data collection strategies for clinical trials. You will manage and mentor CRAs, In-House CRAs, and other clinical team members, aligning monitoring activities with organizational goals. You will also oversee training and professional development for the clinical monitoring team and contribute to business development activities.
