Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end renewals book of business for Genea's Security product, driving on-time renewals and hitting GRR/NRR targets.
- Design and mature the renewals function with proactive policies, playbooks, and best practices.
- Negotiate commercial terms including price increases, multi-year commitments, and SKU changes while balancing retention and margin.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Finance on pricing, billing, and forecasting, with Sales on account ownership and handoffs, and with Customer Success on account health and value realization.
- Direct offshore support for quoting, data hygiene, and administrative work to gain operational scale.
- Manage renewals through integration and channel partners, coordinating co-terming and partner-influenced commercials.
Qualifications and Growth:
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance and 5+ years in SaaS renewals with quota-carrying responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating renewal changes and designing renewals processes.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience and proficiency with CPQ, BI tools, and AI tools.
- This is a build role with room to grow into a leadership position as the function scales.
