Azure Engineer

Azure Engineer plays a key role in the design, development, and management of our Azure infrastructure. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing Azure public cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in provisioning and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure resources, as well as strong skills in identifying and resolving complex issues efficiently and professionally. In this role, the Azure Engineer will contribute to building new environments for our cloud customers and ensure that these environments are developed and maintained for high availability, scalability, and ease of maintenance.

Collaboration with customers will also be an important part of the job, particularly when scheduling maintenance windows and coordinating change management activities. Responsibilities include implementing, supporting, and maintaining 24x7 Azure CSP environments, RDS deployments and Windows technologies. Make ongoing recommendations of Azure and Windows policies and standards, manage multiple large-scale projects, convert business problems into technical solutions and resolve escalations.

The candidate should maintain and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution, manage configuration and deployment of Azure resources, recommend technical solutions that will enhance performance, and troubleshoot Azure and Windows performance issues.
