Your Opportunity:

  • Drive growth, retention, and strategic development of EBSCO’s Serials Subscription Services portfolio.
  • Serve as the dedicated subject matter expert for serials, partnering with Academic Regional Sales Managers.
  • Focus exclusively on serials and subscription management, bringing deep expertise in publisher journal models.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with RSMs to build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and lead strategic customer conversations.
  • Serve as the Serials subject matter expert, delivering presentations and supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Build and drive targeted account strategies including growth plans, retention strategies, and risk mitigation.

About You:

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with previous academic market experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
