Data Architect

As a Senior Data Architect at CI&T, you will lead the development of data systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency. You'll guide newer team members, fostering their growth, and collaborate with diverse teams to optimize data setups. Explaining complex data concepts simply, you will spearhead technology adoption, guide updates, and elevate the company's data capabilities, promoting continuous learning and innovative thinking. The role requires proficiency in SQL and Python (or PySpark) for data manipulation and analysis. Extensive experience with the Databricks platform is essential, as well as experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Data Factory. A strong understanding of data quality principles and data governance practices is important, including cataloging and lineage tracking. Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes is needed. Experience with sales-related predictive models is a plus. Proficiency in English is necessary for clear communication of complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
