Role Overview:
- Provide statistical leadership for Medical Affairs and Real‑World Evidence activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, HEOR, Clinical Development, and Commercial.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with medical for publication strategies and HEOR modeling inputs.
- Conduct analyses using external controls, meta-analyses, and causal inference methods.
- Review protocols, write statistical analysis plans, and develop TLF shells.
Qualifications:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Biostatistics with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
- Prior experience working with medical affairs and commercial.
- Strong statistical programming skills and understanding of regulatory guidance on RWE.
