Job Description
In this role, you will provide technical assistance to the Aledade App users (internal and external users). You will serve as the frontline assistance via chat, by triaging new tickets, and troubleshooting known issues with predefined steps. Primary Duties include assisting users via chat to solve technical problems with predefined steps, triaging incomplete tickets, performing troubleshooting technical issues received via tickets with predefined steps as set forth for the analyst support group, such as App Access, Practice Location, Providers, Users, Patient Merges, Telehealth, etc. You will also execute sub-tasks of projects that are a part of the Practice Success workstream while receiving supervision from a senior member of the team.
