About the Role:

  • Own the customer journey and lifecycle strategy for Paddle's self-serve funnel, which drives 80% of the seller base.
  • Move from a generic flow to a tailored, value-first experience for sellers.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary owner of the seller journey, mapping end-to-end experience.
  • Scale high-intent activation programs to minimize abandonment.
  • Integrate lifecycle and product work in lockstep with Risk, Product, and Data teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced in lifecycle marketing, PLG onboarding, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Skilled in building sophisticated nurture campaigns that drive commercial readiness.
  • A strong cross-functional collaborator who works seamlessly with Data, Marketing, Product, and Risk Operations.
