QuickSight Administrator & Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Administer AWS QuickSight environments, managing users, permissions, groups, namespaces, and resource access.
• Use CLI, SDKs, or APIs to automate administrative tasks such as user provisioning, permissions updates, and dataset refreshes.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses in QuickSight, optimizing performance through SPICE and query tuning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in BI/analytics environments.
• At least 1–2 years specifically in AWS QuickSight administration and report development, with proven experience automating tasks via CLI, SDK, or scripts like Python or AWS CLI.
• Must be a United States citizen with current or ability to obtain government security clearance.

Skills:

• Deep working knowledge of QuickSight features including authors, dashboards, SPICE, templates, and storyboards.
• Strong SQL skills and experience tuning performance, with an understanding of data modeling, join logic, and aggregation best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting to interact with AWS APIs, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to partner with business users and technical teams.
