Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable influencer marketing strategies aligned with company goals around customer acquisition, engagement, and brand trust.
- Identify, segment, vet, and onboard influencer partners who resonate with the active trader audience across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure influencer content, disclosures, disclaimers, and financial promotions meet regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 6+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or financial apps.
- Strong understanding of the financial content landscape and importance of trust and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $95,000 - $145,000 USD with an annual target bonus of 10%.
- Generous PTO accruing at 18 days per year, plus 7 paid holidays and additional flex days.
