Job Description
We are seeking an experienced key account professional to lead our business with SEAT/Cupra across Europe and Volkswagen in Iberia. In this strategic role, you will manage and grow relationships focused on our adhesive solutions for Body in White and Assembly Line applications. The position is remote, offering flexibility while requiring frequent customer interaction, traveling regularly to our key production sites in Barcelona, Pamplona, and Lisbon.
Goals include representation of the Sika Group, securing/expanding business relationships, supporting purchasing and development departments, providing technical advice, sales/profit responsibility, contract negotiation, presentations, analyzing needs, and strategy definition.
You will be responsible for monitoring the market/competition, handling day-to-day business, carrying out budget and business planning, and regular reporting. As a customer representative, the role involves setting quality objectives, determining corrective measures, positioning customer needs, advising on new products, and providing information about capacity analysis/logistics.
