This Mobile Product Manager role is an opportunity to craft mobile-first experiences, combining various products and services into one user-centric experience. The role involves building mobile experiences that accelerate workflows to help eliminate crime and build safer cities and is highly focused on 1 to N.
Responsibilities include being the voice of the customer, partnering with the Customer Success team, advocating for modern mobile user experiences, building the Mobile Product roadmap, and working collaboratively to bridge communication gaps between teams.
Key responsibilities also encompass owning the end-to-end mobile product experience, prioritizing and planning mobile development, conducting ongoing customer interviews and discovery, and partnering cross-functionally with various teams. A focus on customer empathy, clear communication, and analytical skills are very important, as well as a passion for intuitive mobile experiences.
