Job Description
Provide Superior Customer Service by placing and receiving phone calls with remote Teleflora member florists, maintaining a customer-focused attitude, and employing excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
Provide Remote Networking Support by troubleshooting ISP outages, installing and troubleshooting Internet VPN connections and Cisco Meraki Firewall Configurations, and resolving network connectivity issues.
Provide Remote PC Hardware and Operating System Support on server and workstation hardware, Windows 10 and 11, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, and networked printers within a Windows (Workgroup) Environment. Also, work with customers to identify and resolve data backup related issues, remotely re-image Windows PCs, and troubleshoot local and cloud backups on Windows and Linux servers.
Address Security concerns by identifying and cleaning up viruses/malware and understanding computer and network security essentials. Escalate calls to hardware vendors as necessary and work with vendors to escalate Hardware Warranty issues.
Additional Responsibilities: Accurately log calls into the Call / Problem Tracking system and maintain reliable and predictable attendance. Able to escalate issues to supervisor or development representatives as needed.
