Job Description
The Alliance Management group’s purpose is to maximize the value of Sobi’s investments in Alliances, ensuring delivery of what is contractually defined as well as the spirit and intent of the Alliance, implement a fit for purpose governance model, be a thought partner for the key stakeholders and foster a collaborative relationship between Sobi and our Partners. This position will be remote with preferred location in European or US time zone, reporting directly to VP of Business Development and Alliance Management.
Oversee the governance of multiple strategic Alliances in development and commercialization partnerships, managing governance committees, identifying key issues and providing vetted solutions to key decision makers. Lead the strategic focus to develop a global alliance roadmap/toolkit to ensure alliance management is well defined in all stages of business development (from due diligence, to contract development and then implementation).
