Senior Director, Patient Recruitment

A pivotal leadership role at Profound Research, the Senior Director, Patient Recruitment is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize patient recruitment, engagement, and retention in clinical trials. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be the architect of our entire patient recruitment function. You won't just be running a department; you will be building the sophisticated, predictive, and scalable system that powers our clinical trials and ensures we connect the right patients to the right studies. Working closely with physicians, site coordinators, and operational teams, this dynamic leader will enhance patient experience and expand trial participation ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with Profound’s mission and values.
