You will lead proposal and pursuit efforts for a top environmental engineering firm, working fully remote within Pacific Time hours.
Your work directly supports technical teams in winning new projects and strengthening client relationships.

Essential Duties:

Manage all aspects of proposal preparation, including kickoff meetings, scheduling, content development, and QA/QC.
Apply advanced design skills in Adobe InDesign and collaborate with graphics teams to create visual storytelling assets.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform pursuit strategies and support targeted campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or communications with 6+ years of progressive experience in engineering or architecture, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office suite, with strong writing and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, mentor peers, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
