The Penny Hoarder is seeking a Senior Media Buyer with a strong foundation in performance and affiliate marketing. This role will be responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar budget, optimizing for both revenue and profit, and driving strategic experimentation across creative, copy, and landing pages to improve down-funnel performance. The ideal candidate brings a sharp analytical mindset, a test-and-learn approach, and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth through paid media.
The Senior Media Buyer will own and manage a $12M+ annual paid media budget, driving profitable customer acquisition across multiple channels. They will develop and execute strategies to scale performance while maintaining efficiency across paid channels. The Senior Media Buyer will also design and run A/B and multivariate tests across ad copy, creative, and landing pages to validate hypotheses and improve yield, conversion rate, and user quality.
