Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.

-Assist customers with refilling their medication, checking on referrals, sending messages to their doctors and/or confirming their appointment.

-Submit the form to show documentation of the call.

Required Skills:

-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

-Excellent attention to detail.

-Must be able to be empathetic to the patient and their needs.

Additional Information:

-Equipment will be shipped to you for full time employees.

-Must have verified internet service and an established dedicated work area

-Set shift 11:00am-7:30 pm (CST) , Work Days - Mon-Fri
