Mid-Level Accountant - Global Tax (US State & International VAT)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Mid-Level Accountant specializing in Global Tax to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for managing our U.S. state and international indirect tax obligations—including sales tax, use tax, and VAT/GST compliance—as well as supporting corporate tax filings and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in multi-jurisdictional tax compliance within a fast-paced, product-based environment. Key responsibilities include tax compliance and filings, research and documentation, process improvement and systems implementation, and audit and advisory support. The role requires preparing and filing U.S. state and local sales and use tax returns, managing international VAT and GST compliance, and supporting federal and state income tax preparation. The role also involves monitoring global tax regulation changes, documenting tax positions, and assisting in developing global tax matrices.
