- Develop and evolve an organic, global social media strategy across priority platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Define content themes, posting cadence, and channel best practices tailored for B2B audiences.
- Partner with Paid Social and use AI tools to align efforts and scale the program effectively.
Content Creation & Publishing:
- Write engaging, on-brand social media copy and recommend visual content to drive engagement.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar balancing campaigns, product messaging, and industry content.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to source or develop multimedia content for global audiences.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Measurement:
- Work closely with Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Customer Advocacy teams.
- Serve as the central coordination point for organic social media activities across the organization.
- Track performance metrics, use insights to refine content, and stay updated on social media trends.
