Sr. Enterprise Analytics Analyst

We are looking for a Sr. Enterprise Analytics Analyst to support our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-Commerce business—a strategic growth area for the company, amongst other channels. This high-visibility role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into business insights and collaborating across teams to improve performance. As a senior analyst embedded in the Business Insights team, you will partner closely with the core D2C team, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support data-informed decision making. Your work will help optimize the customer journey, drive acquisition and retention, and support testing and personalization strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on key D2C performance metrics, providing insights on customer behavior, collaborating with marketing on campaign performance, partnering with product teams to evaluate funnel metrics and site experience, supporting the development and delivery of regular performance dashboards, assisting in business case development, contributing to test design, and helping ensure alignment across data sources.
