Job Description

As an Engagement Manager at Coupa, you will implement the Coupa solution at various client sites. Whether the projects are executed directly by the Professional Services team or in collaboration with our network of implementation partners, you will ensure the successful 'go-live' of the customer. As the ambassador of system expertise and best practices aligned with customer business goals, you will manage reporting, risk analysis, and resource alignment for project delivery, both individually and collaboratively on and off client sites, with potential travel up to 50% of the time.

You will establish robust partnerships with customers and colleagues, guiding them towards their goals for a successful and timely implementation, taking the lead in all implementation phases, from mobilization to deployment.

You will lead discussions on process optimization and best practices, collaborating closely with Coupa services partners throughout the implementation, engaging customers in strategic business need discussions beyond feature/function basics.

You will provide technical and functional expertise, demonstrate the full Coupa platform, and tailor implementations to meet unique customer business needs.
