As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer for Accompany Health, you will help us transform healthcare through AI. Your impact includes being part of our growing team and company. You'll collaborate across the organization with teams like Product, Sales, and Clinical Operations, integrating fragmented healthcare services into an end-to-end experience. Responsibilities include technical leadership, leading the design and implementation of reliable, scalable Machine Learning infrastructure, and developing efficient AI pipeline architecture. Build and maintain robust, scalable data infrastructure to support current and future needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their infrastructure needs. Develop safeguards to ensure that AI models are fair and appropriate, optimizing the ecosystem to drive innovation. Develop efficient, reliable AI pipelines with strong monitoring and observability.
