Job Description

Case Management:

  • Handle day-to-day case management.
  • Draft and argue motions.
  • Manage discovery and coordinate with clients and experts.

Litigation Support:

  • Participate in depositions, interviews, and hearings.
  • Assist in trial preparation and execution.
  • Support partners in strategic litigation planning and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
