Job Description
As a Client Manager, you'll contribute to the overall client satisfaction, team success, and technical platform capabilities. A strong candidate will proactively maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, train client and internal users on how to use our applications, and proactively identify ways for clients to use NIQ solutions to answer their relevant business questions.
Responsibilities include becoming familiar with NIQ Retail Analytics database content, processes, and frontend applications, and ensure data quality. You will also train retailers on how to use NIQ data and dashboard solutions, lead clients through understanding NIQ's insights, and drive client outcomes. You will be accountable for driving account renewals and identifying sales opportunities.
