Job Description
As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will be part of the team representing the Veeva R&D and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, RIM and Safety) for named Enterprise CDMO and Generic Pharma companies. Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions.
You will manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level. Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working. Serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them. Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate. Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges. Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer. Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
