AI Template Engineer

At Weave we are are reimagining the regulatory process for drug development around AI. Our goal is to dramatically accelerate the pace and rate at which drugs get to market. You will develop and refine Weave’s core “AI Templates” (essentially a collection of prompts that produce a document), customize them on behalf of customers, and teach our customers how to do so themselves. This role is heavily and directly engaged with customers and requires an ability to work effectively and efficiently with LLM prompts to produce high quality scientific/regulatory documents. It entails tight collaboration with customers and Weave commercial and product teams. You will document best practices and situational tips for developing and customizing templates for internal and external purposes.
