Job Description
As the Retail Credit and Insurance Specialist, you will be the company expert on retail insurance and planned maintenance programs. The role supports store teams with tools, guidance, and frontline assistance to increase protection product adoption and enhance customer confidence, while contributing to profitable growth, risk reduction, and superior customer experiences. You will manage insurance and warranty offerings, documentation, and tracking systems. The role also provides frontline support for insurance quotes, claims, and maintenance agreements. Duties include collaborating with OEMs, supporting collections, monitoring rental insurance, streamlining credit limit increases, and developing credit portfolio reports.
