MuleSoft Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst in the Integrations team under the Corporate Technology umbrella, you will evaluate existing systems and business processes, designing integrations between various systems. This role involves working closely with business partners, program managers, development, and QA team members to gather and analyze business needs, perform research, and prepare functional requirements and technical solutions.

You will create mock services, API documentation using swagger, and support the development and QA teams during implementation and testing. Regular meetings with stakeholders for prioritization and planning are expected, as well as communicating regular updates with management.

Responsibilities include preparing functional/non-functional documents, documenting technical solutions in Confluence using standard templates and UML diagrams, recommending process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of backlog building and grooming processes.
