Job Description

This is a very visible, significant role that will lead process safety improvement initiatives and activities across the organization. The responsibilities of the position include providing leadership in driving the company’s efforts around safe, compliant, and responsible operations with a primary emphasis on driving process safety incident performance results to ZERO. Acting as a main point of contact for multiple global facilities regarding process safety performance, technical support, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Applying technical knowledge to process safety incident investigations and working with manufacturing team members to identify and implement improvement recommendations. The person will lead internal and external resources regarding Process Hazard Analysis/Layer of Protection Analysis (PHA/LOPA), Combustible Dust Assessment (CDA), Facility Siting risk assessment, and Consequence Modeling and participate in or directs outside resources to complete process safety compliance audits.
