Lead Editor

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a creative Lead Editor to translate technical concepts into compelling visual narratives as a central motion design resource.
• You will take ownership of the full motion design workflow, interpreting briefs and turning abstract ideas into dynamic visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field and triage incoming requests from marketing, business development, and executive teams.
• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for various digital products and communications.
• Manage the end-to-end animation pipeline from concept to final export.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Editor.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially After Effects.
• Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills for async remote collaboration.
