The Role:
- Enable merchants to accept $150B+ in HSA/FSA funds via ML classification.
- You'll run experiments and ship winning models to production.
What You'll Do:
- Run hypothesis-driven experiments to improve accuracy.
- Iterate on classifiers with prompting, retrieval, and fine-tuning.
- Turn misclassifications into next experiments.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years engineering, 2+ with LLMs/ML.
- Rigorous experiments, clear hypotheses and baselines.
- Python fluency and ownership from experiment to production.
