Support system testing. Document testing outcomes. Work to develop technical solutions. Utilize development lifecycle process, operating procedures, and documentation to implement and support system solutions. Independently develop educational technology content for applicable use and participate in process improvement to advance education and learning processes, content tracking, content review and revision. Drive the use of multivariate learning modalities to cover the adult learning spectrum and clinical system education need.

Take ownership of tasks, take initiative, and communicate to supervisor regarding overall issues/roadblocks. Identify appropriate resources and support communication on project-related issues/developments. Attend design and leadership team meetings and consult with end users to ensure clinical system applications and training programs support patient care delivery processes.

Support/lead the design, development, and implementation of new/enhanced application requests and project plans. Prioritize, organize, and complete assigned tasks and documentation. Effectively work with cross functional teams to ensure proper integration and consult with the end user community to develop/validate requirements. Ensure outstanding end-user support is provided and adhere to change management policies. Interact with all levels of staff throughout the Medical Center in a collaborative manner.
