Seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Senior UX Researcher to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic research initiatives focused on helping people find and build community online. As a key contributor to our product and design teams, you will conduct hands-on, primary research to inform product development and drive impactful user experiences. Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies. Manage end-to-end research projects—from scoping and planning to synthesis and presentation of actionable insights.Translate complex research findings into strategic narratives that influence product direction and design decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other researchers to align research outcomes with business goals. Uphold high standards of research ethics, data integrity, and inclusive design practices. Lead research efforts for SEO and discovery experiences within community-focused products.
