Information System Security Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field is required, or 4 additional years of related experience.
• 8+ years of overall cyber security-related experience.
• Proficiency with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and security architecture principles.
• Experience with network and vulnerability scanning tools and technologies.

Security and Compliance Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card).
• Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years with limited travel outside the country.
• Subject to drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for the company’s Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process.
• Support development of actionable security blueprints, principles, models, designs, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure appropriate treatment of risk, compliance, and assurance from internal and external perspectives.
