Data Analyst Consultant

A Data Analyst Consultant at Thoughtworks plays a key role in the collection, processing, and analysis of large data sets, contributing valuable insights to support informed decision-making for our clients. They assist in the strategy, implementation and production of data projects and help articulate the business impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Our data analysts also stay up-to-date on industry advancements and help ensure data quality and security. You will develop and maintain dashboards, reports and strategic KPIs, using storytelling practices for dashboard construction. You will build solutions and validate hypotheses through comprehensive data analysis. You will design, conduct and measure both qualitative and quantitative research. You will create proposals and conduct A/B tests. You will perform ad-hoc studies as needed. You will actively contribute to team decision-making processes. You will collaborate with developers to ensure necessary data tagging for analysis and indicator calculations. You will connect with stakeholders to understand database structures, apply necessary business rules and share analysis methods and methodologies.
