Job Description
As Sealed’s Partner Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our contractor partners in weatherization and electrification rebate programs. You will balance sales enablement, account management, and building relationships to ensure our partners maximize their participation in our programs while keeping projects on track. Your primary responsibility is to support our partners and do all in your power to help them drive volume.
You will own contractor engagement by building deep relationships, training and enabling contractors on program requirements and Sealed’s software. You will monitor contractor performance, solve problems, communicate effectively, maintain accurate data, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Success will be measured by contractor trust, increased program participation, clear internal insights, accurate data, and contractor excitement to work with Sealed.
