Data Architect

Lead the vision for a modern, scalable, and governed data ecosystem. This individual will serve as a technical leader and strategic partner, driving enterprise data architecture decisions while remaining hands-on in building and optimizing key components of our data platform. This is a hybrid role—you’ll lead data architecture strategy across domains and systems, while also actively contributing to the delivery of data models, semantic layers, pipelines, and metadata frameworks. Lead the design of dimensional, normalized, and canonical data models to support analytical, operational, and real-time use cases. Architect and prototype scalable data solutions using T-SQL, Microsoft Fabric Dataflows, Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouse Explorer, and Spark notebooks within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. Define optimization strategies for query performance, compute usage, and storage efficiency across Fabric and Azure data services. Partner with stakeholders across data, security, and compliance functions to define and initiate foundational data governance practices. Serve as a trusted partner to data engineers, BI developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure designs are actionable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
