Renewal Account Manager

Owns the end-to-end renewal process, from initial outreach to contract execution, for a large portfolio of Subscription and SaaS renewals within an assigned territory. This individual will directly engage with customers and resellers to maximize renewal value, ensure on-time renewals, and minimize customer churn. The RAM will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify expansion through upsells and cross-sells. Key responsibilities include portfolio management, revenue optimization, risk mitigation, customer engagement, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
